Strategy: Our back office is responsible to create the right sales and marketing strategy based on the set sales target, considering the market and manufacturers’ potential. In the next step, the responsibility is to implement the strategy into the sales activities of our sales team.
Marketing: The marketing division is responsible for supporting the creation of the customized sales and marketing strategy for every division and manufacturer. Further activities of implementation and adjustment of certain activities are very important, targeting a continuous improvement of our sales results.
CPDs: In supporting our sales team, the back office is responsible for the planning and organization of continuing education courses (CPDs) for architect firms, developers and interior designers. This is essential to support the sales activities and to approve our products for selected projects in our region.
