2. Receive your Event application, create your profile
Receive your event application form and fill your profile to prepare our team evaluation and video call.
3. Attend a new Delegate introduction Video-call
Attend a personal video call to introduce the event program, and event features to customize your participation to your needs.
4. We will plan the event days for you
Planning the event days for the Project Day, Project Decision-Maker & Exhibition Day, Real Estate Tour Day, and Consultation Day for you.
5. Project Decision-Maker & Exhibition Day
Receive the attendee list of the Project Decision-Makers to select the principals you want to meet. Receive the final tour overview & plan your exhibition booth & product display.
6. Preparation for Day 4 Consultation Day
Schedule your One-to-One Consultation timing.
7. The GTV Team will support you
Our team will support you on the event days to ensure the smooth running of your event days.
8. Meetings & Discussions
Spread over Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, your participation is the core of the event. You’ll have insights into the region-related project business and how to approach these projects and meet with business Professionals, Architects, Designers, Consultants and Project Developers.
9. Networking
You’ll be making connections starting with Wednesday’s Pre-Event Tour and Welcome Reception. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are all spent together, giving you the opportunity to meet important company representatives and Decision-Makers.
10. Result
You leave having received not only the most valuable overview of your market potential, project details, and insights on how to start and develop your business further but also have made some of the most valuable business relationships possible.
