Webinar: Why have we been selected to participate?

Only companies having a high potential for success in sales in the UAE/GCC with a high-quality product range out of the product groups listed below have been invited to participate at our specialized webinar.

Beside the product group criteria, the following points have been important and essential for our selection:

Based on the first view/study of your product group, there must be a high potential to reach a sales turnover of 450.000 EURO within the first 18 months of sales activities, and the market in the UAE should show an increasing potential for product requirement.
Your product group should match and complete our project sales and marketing activities.
We should be able to identify ourselves with your product, to have a strong basis to be powerful and convincing in our argumentation.
Your product should match and complete our Network structure so that both our companies can profit from the business connection.

Feasibility Study: How can I apply for the Feasibility Study and how much are the related costs?

The Feasibility Study is an investment for your and our company. Therefore, only selected companies will receive the forms and information related to the FS.

If you are interested, please contact our office for a first evaluation. If your products have sales potential in our markets, we will move on to the creation of an FS for your company.

Certificate: How will I get my certificate of attendance (will I receive an original)?

Your certificate of attendance to our seminars will be created, signed and stamped by our office for you and will be sent as a pdf document after the event. Originals will be handed over after pre-registration and personal seminar attendance only.

Streaming: Do I need to download a software to attend the webinar?

There is no need to download any software, you will receive a weblink which you need to click on, and you will be automatically directed to a specialized page of our website to attend the webinar free of charge. The selected and invited companies will receive the above mentioned weblink from us.

Cost of attendance: How much is the attendance?

Attendance of our seminars and webinar is free of charge for selected companies only. Only companies will be invited which have been viewed regarding their product range and sales potential, and which have been pre-approved by our Sales Director.

Events: Can I only book the first part of the event in Frankfurt?

It is possible to book only the first part of the event in Frankfurt, independent from the recommended two days in the UAE.

However, we recommend booking for the entire event package (Frankfurt & UAE) as it is part of our aim to give you the best and most complete overview for a solid decision on how to improve your business in the UAE market.

Events: When will the meeting & project tour in Dubai take place?

We will arrange independent meetings for all booked companies. The target is to arrange the next meeting & project tour UAE asap. The related dates will be announced shortly after the next initial planning considering travel and visit possibilities.

Events: Can we book the selected group meeting for product requirements?

The companies participating in the selected group meeting for product requirements will be selected through our sales & marketing team based on the product requirements of projects we are presently working on.

In case of interest from your side to register for this meeting please send us your request for evaluation. Only registered companies can apply or considered for this special meeting.

Events: Are travel costs included for the trip to Dubai?

As the destinations of participants are different and the choice of business and economy flights will not be limited from our side, the individual travel costs per participant are not included in the booked package.

We recommend the participants to send us their flight details after booking. We will arrange the pickup from the Dubai International Airport to your hotel in Dubai.

Events: Are the hotel costs included?

Dubai:

The two-night stay in Dubai are covered by the event. We usually recommend hotels which are close to our centralized office location. We will send you the booking details after registration and confirmation.

Events: Can I book the “meeting & project tour UAE” after the event?

In general, we recommend booking the “meeting & project tour UAE” directly from the beginning.

However, the tour can be booked after participating in the first event part in Frankfurt. Please consider that we cannot offer corporate rates for hotels and the event.

The related planning and time frame for the “meeting & project tour UAE” will be announced after finalizing the meetings with potential customers and project visits, which will be announced accordingly.
