The acoustic elements shown here have a dual function providing good room acoustics and design features. The acoustic panels are available with wooden veneer, printed veneer, or painted surfaces.

- WALL PANELLING: We can also offer bespoke 3D wall systems designed with different structures, shapes and gradients. After priming, paints in all colors, shades and gradients can be applied. You can choose from a variety of existing reliefs, or you can implement your own ideas.

- FURNITURE DOOR SETS: These products come with holes, slats or micro-perforations to choose from an almost limitless range of variations. In addition to top sound absorption characteristics, these products convince through attractive surface finishes on both sides. The doors come with boreholes ready for installation and can be equipped with hardware based on your request.

EXACT FINISHING

Unique surfaces and individual design options are behind the idea of developing this new kind of acoustic collection. The innovation lies in the surface structure in connection with the micro-perforation acoustic effect. In close cooperation with a specialized German manufacturer, the material is sublimated and refined by a laser. The material does not burn but goes directly from the solid to the gaseous state. The result is a clean surface without slags and frayed edges, the acoustic panel is made of a 19mm thick MDF board and can be incorporated individually into any concept in the form of cabinet fronts, wall and ceiling cladding with an acoustic effect.

All products can be processed with conventional carpentry tools.

NANO-LITE

ELEGANT SOUND ABSORPTION

The panels are mounted on an MDF carrier and have a veneer surface covered with holes of 0.5 mm in diameter. These panels are remarkable for their inconspicuous perforation.

The micro-perforation emphasises the beauty of the wood surface rather than the sound absorption function of the construction

SEAMLESS SURFACES

This acoustic panel consists of micro-perforated boards with a thickness of 10 mm, the front is veneered in a variety of decors and the back is grooved and laminated with an acoustic fleece.

Support plate:

MDF burning class B1 and B2 possible

Dimension: 3,020 x 605 x 11 mm

Possible size in MDF melamine:

Dimension: 2,820 x 508 x 10 mm

Wood tones melamine:

Grooves (slats) can also be machined at the right angle
Edges available in veneer or ABS edgebanding, 0.6 – 3 mm

Closet doors with hinge and lock boreholes
Moulded parts available on request

SLAT PANELS

The tongue-and-groove slat panels are ideal for quick and continuous installation as well as simple shaping and adapting to architectural situations in the respective building.
